  • We accept payments via Cash On Delivery or BKASH
  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
  • Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. These are outside our control.
  • Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be shared (if available).

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to have a smooth experience with House103 and Got Boost. Please note:

  • Due to the nature of apparel and limited-release items, we generally do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is:
  • defective,
  • damaged upon arrival, or
  • incorrect from what you ordered.
  • Exchange requests (size or product) are possible only if:
  • the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition;
  • the request is made within 3 days of receiving the item;
  • the requested size/product is in stock.
  • Customers are responsible for returning/shipping back the product safely.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed in the original mode of payment.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • Once processing/shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

For pre-orders or custom-made items:

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided but may change due to production timelines.
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable unless the item cannot be produced or delivered by us.
  • Full/partial advance payment may be required to confirm pre-orders.

  • Size charts provided are approximations. Small variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.
